National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys

The National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys is a trade association dedicated to serving law firms engaged in the business of consumer debt collection. NARCA's mission is to preserve and protect the integrity and viability of legal collections with professionalism, ethical actions, and service oriented approach.

In addition to local, state, and federal laws, State Bar Association licensing and certification, attorney members are required to adhere to the NARCA Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics.

Upcoming Events

NARCA hosts two collection conferences each year, one in the spring and one in the fall. Each conference provides two days of professional education sessions as well as networking opportunities, social interaction, and exhibits by companies who provide goods and services that support the legal collection industry. The conference is geared for:

Attorneys whose practice includes the legal collection of consumer debt.
Member Clients.
Buyers and sellers of consumer debt.
In-house counsel for credit grantors and debt buyers.

The official conference hotel is the Hilton San Diego Bayfront in San Diego, CA.  NARCA has negotiated special conference discounts however you must register through the conference hotel link for discounts to apply.  NARCA encourages attendees to start planning now to attend.

Please Note: If you wish to cancel your room, please do so 2 weeks prior to arrival to avoid the cancellation penalty of one night’s room and tax.
