The National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA) is a nationwide trade association of over 700 skilled debt collection law firms, in-house counsel of creditors, and industry vendors. All NARCA members meet association standards to assure experience, professional liability, and professionalism.

Founded in 1993, NARCA is a not-for-profit corporation serving its members in the consumer debt collection industry. The goals of NARCA, in priority order, are:

1. Networking – Unparalleled networking opportunities with attorneys and creditors worldwide.
   
2. Member Education – Assisting lawyers and other legal professionals learn about the collection law industry through educational conferences, seminars, and publications.
   
3. Outreach – Publicizing the benefits of using a collection law firm to the creditor community, and working with others in the industry for mutual benefit.
   
4. Advocacy – Keeping members abreast of federal and state legislative and regulatory developments and advocating for members' interests.
