In First Resolution Investment Corp. v. Taylor-Jarvis, the Supreme Court of Ohio answered the questions of when and where a cause of action to recover on credit card debt accrues. In this program you will learn the new law in Ohio on statute of limitations for credit card suits. This case, although only applicable in Ohio currently, could be applicable in Illinois soon as it follows the logic in this case.
This webinar is offered to NARCA members and State Creditor Bar members who practice as creditors rights attorneys, only.
