NARCA 2014 Fall Collection Conference
2014 NARCA Election & Absentee Ballot Information
The election for six members of the NARCA Board of Directors and for the position of President Elect will take place on Friday, October 24, 2014, at the NARCA 2014 Fall Collection Conference in Las Vegas, NV. The NARCA Elections Committee has confirmed the following slate of candidates:
Board of Directors (six to be elected, in order by drawn lottery as they will appear on the ballot)

If a firm representative will NOT be voting in person at the NARCA 2014 Fall Collection Conference, you may request an Absentee Ballot by one of three ways only:
IMPORTANT: Absentee Ballots must arrive at NARCA Operations by Fax, U.S. mail, overnight delivery, or hand delivery. NO emailed ballots will be accepted. Only one ballot will be accepted for each NARCA Active Regular Law firm member. If a representative of your firm will be voting in person at the NARCA 2014 Fall Collection Conference, please DO NOT use an Absentee Ballot.
The NARCA Bylaws state that "Voting at all elections shall be by written ballot with said ballot to be distributed not less than five (5) and no more than forty-five (45) days prior to the election. Proxy voting shall not be permitted. There shall be no cumulative voting."
ABSENTEE BALLOTS MUST BE RECEIVED BETWEEN OCTOBER 10th AT 9:00 AM AND OCTOBER 22nd AT 5:00 PM. NO BALLOTS WILL BE COUNTED IF RECEIVED BEFORE OR AFTER THESE DATES AND TIMES.
Only NARCA Active/Regular Member Firms are eligible to vote in an election.
