Fall 2013 CLE Information

NARCA 2013 Fall Collection Conference

CLE Information

By attending each NARCA Conference, an attorney can earn all the annual Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits needed for licensure in almost every state.

NARCA has made arrangements with almost every state that has a CLE requirement (MCLE) for pre-approval of the program at each conference for continuing legal education credit. Conferences offer 6 to 12 hours of general CLE credit and 1 (and sometimes two) hour of Ethics credit.  The actual number of credits available in a state will depend on whether the state counts 50 minutes or 60 minutes as an 'hour' for CLE purposes, and the types of courses each state will accredit.

At each conference attendees complete a CLE Attendance Record form that is turned in at the NARCA registration desk at the conclusion of each conference. NARCA supplies attendees with a Certificate of Attendance and any other forms required by their state(s) of licensure. NARCA will report each attendee’s hours directly to the states if this is what is required.

A great way to earn CLE credit while keeping up to date in your field of practice!
